Attracting and developing talented employees is becoming a company’s true competitive advantage. And for second-stage leaders, the battle for talent is even more crucial because you now need different employee skill sets in order to scale your company.

Join us May 24 and 25 for “HR 101: Recruiting and retaining an A team,” an overnight workshop that will help you recruit — and retain — employees that are highly engaged, empowered and accountable. Takeaways include:

  • How to create a corporate culture that attracts A players.
  • How to structure your organization for success.
  • A framework for combining critical elements of talent management to get the right people in the right places at the right time.
  • Compensation and benefits trends and best practices.
  • Specific tools and tactics that can be implemented immediately.
  • War stories about what works — and what doesn’t.
