Leadership Curriculum

Held at Big Rock Valley, the foundation’s learning campus in southwest Michigan, our retreats give participants a unique opportunity to get away from daily distractions and really focus on building their businesses.
These programs address the many challenges that second-stagers face, including building a management team, communication issues, company culture and strategic growth. Although curriculum is designed as a continuum, each program stands on its own.
