Both a CPA and an MBA, she brings a strategic perspective to human resources management — and how second-stagers can leverage it to facilitate growth and create value in their organization. Signore leads the foundation’s educational retreat program, has a doctorate in organizational behavior and is an expert on second stage.

Cost: $400 per participant, which includes facilitation, food and overnight lodgings.
