Takeaways include:

  • How to create a corporate culture that attracts A players.
  • How to structure your organization for success.
  • A framework for combining critical elements of talent management to get the right people in the right places at the right time.
  • Compensation and benefits trends and best practices.
  • Specific tools and tactics that can be implemented immediately.
  • War stories about what works — and what doesn’t.

Logistics: This noon to noon program will be held at Big Rock Valley, the foundation’s learning campus in southwest Michigan. Co-presenting the retreat will be Amy Cell and Dino Signore. Cell is CEO of Amy Cell Talent LLC in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Both a CPA and an MBA, she brings a strategic perspective to human resources management — and how second-stagers can leverage it to facilitate growth and create value in their organization. Signore leads the foundation’s educational retreat program, has a doctorate in organizational behavior and is an expert on second stage.

Cost: $400 per participant, which includes facilitation, food and overnight lodgings.

In addition to the cutting-edge content, leader retreats at Big Rock Valley provide a rare chance to unplug. Our property features 2,000 acres of prairies, woodlands and wetlands —- a unique rural environment combined with state-of-the-art meeting facilities that enables you to relax and reflect on your business from a new perspective.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Register Now!” shape=”square” color=”danger” size=”sm” align=”center” link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Fedwardlowe.org%2Fcontact_us%2F%3Fc%3Drita%26m%3Dhr|||”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_video link=”https://vimeo.com/262090593″][vc_single_image image=”24446″ img_size=”600×600″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
