Dan Ducoté has built a career in the industrial market, specializing in product and technology sales. He also has expertise in team building, corporate culture, operating systems, problem solving and providing innovative solutions to clients.

Dan launched his first entrepreneurial venture, Enginuity Global LLC, in 2018. Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Enginuity Global provides automation and controls, electrical engineering and field services to help manufacturing facilities simplify their processes and maximize efficiencies. Over the next six years, he scaled the organization to one with nearly 90 employees and clients across the United States as well as in Germany, Brazil and England.

In early 2024, Dan sold Enginuity Global to a management team. He maintains ownership in the new company and serves as chairman of the board.

With a passion for helping others, Dan is a sponsor of Dreams Come True of Louisiana, a nonprofit organization that serves terminally ill children. He is also developing a retreat center, Sanctuary Lakes and Gardens, which will enable entrepreneurs to leverage peer learning and gain access to subject-matter experts for help with specific business challenges.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys fishing, sports and spending time with friends. He is also a co-owner of the Green Bay Packers, the Kentucky Derby winner Authentic, and Ducoté Brothers Spirits, a company that packages and sells a 21-year-old whiskey.
