A serial entrepreneur and strategic operator, Amanda Hayhoe has spent more than 20 years scaling businesses, leading through growth and complexity and navigating successful exits.
Amanda currently serves as chief operating officer of Stunio, an AI-powered workforce platform that redefines how students and employers connect through real work instead of resumes. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning early-stage ideas into structured, scalable systems that drive both revenue and real-world impact.
Amanda is also the founder and licensed facilitator of Group Genius, where she leads peer roundtables for entrepreneurs and executives, helping leaders think more clearly, make better decisions and build businesses that actually work.
Prior to Stunio, she led Hayhoe Asphalt Paving through significant growth and a successful transition, earning recognition as a Michigan 50 Companies to Watch (CTW) honoree. That experience introduced her to the Edward Lowe Foundation through a retreat for CTW awardees.
Now as an Entrepreneur Emeritus, Amanda comes full circle — bringing a candid, no-nonsense perspective to the foundation’s community while supporting fellow entrepreneurs through the realities of growth and scaling.
