Tim Keeley is president of 838 Strategies, a new business consulting firm formed in partnership with his son, Bryan. 838 Strategies helps growth-stage companies build scalable leadership systems, align culture with execution, and create long-term strategies to sustain momentum beyond rapid expansion.  

Tim recently retired as CEO from Martin Specialty Coatings in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he helped triple the firm’s annual revenue and employee count within a few years. He has also held senior leadership positions at Innovative Clear Choice Technologies and Business Unlimited Communications in Gladewater, Texas, and Sherwin Williams in Cleveland, Ohio.

At 838 Strategies, Tim is now focused on helping other companies reach the mountaintop — and stay there — with his Beyond BHAG strategy. “I’ve been fortunate to have led a bucket-list life, shared with my amazing wife and son,” he says. “Now I’ve entered the ‘reward phase’ that most people would call retirement, but I see as the time to share my experience and insights to help as many entrepreneurs as possible succeed.”
